introduction
Hi, I came accross this community in an "interest" search.

I work full-time, go to school part-time. Go to the gym about 3-4 times a week either at night or late afternoon. I am currently on a "bulk."

hopefully... that will serve as an adequate introduction.

Interesting Stuff...
Question:
I keep hearing that I need to drink lots of water. Is that really true?

Answer:
Drinking plenty of water is great in all aspects and may even ward off cancer. Here are some reasons why you may want to hit the bottle:
-- Weight control: We often turn to food when we're really just thirsty. And water makes you feel fuller, too!
-- Mental performance: Dehydrated people perform worse on arithmetic tests than well-hydrated ones.
-- Physical performance: A 150-pound person who loses 3 pounds of water weight during exercise can experience a 20 percent decrease in strength and aerobic power.

Gym: Gold's Gym (Towson MD)
Routine: I try to go 4 days a week atleast...I start off with the "Hour of Power" Half an hour on the bike, half on the eliptical machine. Cardio fucking rules it. I then switch off between Upper/Lower alternating days.

My back is pretty much degenerating as I hurt it and continue not to help it. I try to work that out but it gives me shit every day.

I don't bench which is weird for a guy but I just have not gotten into it. I go squats and presses but don't bench. I'll most likely dive into that in the summer.
